Conflict appears in many forms in our daily lives. If it is not managed appropriately and resolved fairly, it can quickly spiral out of control. Conflict may arise from interactions in our homes, our workplaces, or our communities. Unresolved conflict can be highly disruptive and lead to emotional turmoil and expensive legal actions. Our Firm
The firm was founded by Leslie H. Macleod, B.A., LL.B., LL.M. (ADR). She is the President and Principal Consultant. Leslie has more than 35 years of experience as a lawyer, mediator, and educator in conflict resolution; and as a senior executive in the Ontario Public Service and in Canadian industry. She brings her professional dedication, diverse experience, fresh perspective, and insight to all assignments.
Leslie works closely with clients to ensure that client needs are recognized and addressed. Many assignments are of a confidential nature and are conducted by Leslie with the utmost sensitivity to the needs of all parties. For some large-scale training programs and evaluations the firm retains additional professional and technical personnel that work under Leslie's direction.
